I want all my customers to be happy with their purchases from Woven. If something is wrong with your purchase please let me know and I will do everything I can to make it right.
- Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know there is a problem, and why you are not satisfied. If I made a mistake with your order, I will fix it!
- If I am not able to resolve your problem and you need to return your purchase, it must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered.
- Unfortunately I cannot pay for any return and exchange shipping charges unless it was my mistake. Contact me at email@example.com for return shipping instructions.
- Once a return is received I will send you an email letting you know and the approval status of you refund . If you are approved your refund will be processes and a credit will be applied.
- Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for undelievered purchases.Please contact Canada Post in the event of a non delivery. You can also contact me and I will assist in any way I can to locate your missing package.
