I want every customer to be happy with their purchase from Woven Modern Fabric Gallery. If something isn't right, please reach out and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
Please note: fabric cut to your specified length is made to order and is exempt from the EU right of withdrawal. This exemption applies because cut fabric cannot be resold once it has been cut to your specifications.
For all other eligible products — including embroidery kits, patterns, DMC floss, and other non-cut items — you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify me within the 14-day window by starting a request through your account at https://account.wovenfabricgallery.ca. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
Once you've notified me, you have 14 daysto return the item(s). I will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to place your order. I will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost — if you chose an upgraded shipping option, only the standard rate will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only eligible if your fabric has not yet been cut. Other items are eligible if your order has not been shipped. If eligible I will cancel your order and issue a refund.
Undelivered Packages
I'm unable to take responsibility for undelivered purchases. If your package hasn't arrived, please contact Canada Post directly — and feel free to reach out to me as well and I'll help in any way I can.
