- Your Order will be cut and packaged within 24 hrs of your order Monday -Friday.
- Orders under $150.00 will be sent Canada Post expedited with tracking.
- Free Shipping in Canada on all orders over $150.00
- Free Shipping if you pick up your order in Pender Island just check pick -up when you check out.
Shipping is based on the Canada Post delivery guidelines. If you need your parcel quicker please email me at kelly@wovenfabricgallery.ca and we can find another shipping option. All orders in Canada will be sent Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a tracking All USA orders will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet with tracking 4-7 business days. International parcels will be sent via Canada Post International Tracked Packet 10 business days. If you live on Pender Island and would like to pick up your parcel please use PICK-UP as form of shipping when you are checking out. I will email you to arrange pick-up.

RETURNS
I want all of my customers to be happy. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, please let me know and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
- Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to let me know what the problem is and why you are not satisfied. If I made a mistake with your order, I will fix it! If I am not able to resolve it and you need to return your purchase, it must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered in.
- Unfortunately, I cannot pay for any return and exchange shipping charges. Contact me at kelly@wovenfabricgallery.ca for return shipping instructions.
- Please note - I do not accept returns on any sale fabric, fabric that has been cut by the customer, opened pre-cuts or remnant packages, patterns, or kits.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, I will send you an email letting you know I got it and the approval status of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Lost or Undelivered Purchases
Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for undelivered purchases. Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery. You can also contact me and I will assist in any way I can to locate your missing package.
